The Question Club
I've been really dehydrated this past week, and I've no idea why. I have been purposely avoiding alchohol and caffiene, and drinking nothing but fruit juice and water (and a lot of it) but I still feel like I'm dehydrated. Any ideas what could be causing this, or how to solve it? |
My only theory is that my roomate started smoking after having quit for about a month, and last night we went to a concert and it was really smokey there. I've always had problems after being in a smokey room for more than four hours, but I was fine at the concert. then when I woke up this morning I was super dehydrated. Could the smoke be the culprit?
