|Action Method of HTML Forms

The Question Club
I'm fairly skilled with HTML, and recently, I've created my own form for a personal website, but to get the form to work, I need something to transfer the data from... well, data to text. From what I've learned myself, this would be a cgi-bin website address, but the host I'm using is free, and I'm fairly certain that it doesn't have one.
Apparenlty, it's supposed to look something like below:
[FORM action="website_address" method="post"]
I had considered that maybe an email host would have it, hotmail perhaps, or something else, but I really have no idea. I've looked around Google for a possible program or website that could transfer the data, but I couldn't find anything, and I think perhaps I'm searching for the wrong thing.
Does anyone know where I could find something or someplace to transfer the data? Or maybe an alternate way of sending this data in a readable form?
I'll love you forever!! ^___^
