I'm dieting again, for multiple reasons, including reducing my sugar level, and to feel and (though I hate to admit it) look better. My current strategy is calorie counting/watching, and I've thrown a daily, half-hour walk into my regimen. I'm hoping I'll get some results this time through.
So my question is this: anyone here have a weight-loss success story to share? How'd you do it? Any tips for a college-age dieter such as myself?
