I've been really dehydrated this past week, and I've no idea why. I have been purposely avoiding alchohol and caffiene, and drinking nothing but fruit juice and water (and a lot of it) but I still feel like I'm dehydrated. Any ideas what could be causing this, or how to solve it?
My only theory is that my roomate started smoking after having quit for about a month, and last night we went to a concert and it was really smokey there. I've always had problems after being in a smokey room for more than four hours, but I was fine at the concert. then when I woke up this morning I was super dehydrated. Could the smoke be the culprit?
