ethical (?) question

We have the latest edition of Windows, where everything's password-protected and all that. Well, a few days ago my brother got his friend to semi-hack into my dad's account, and he reinstalled Kazaa, and we've had this problem with obnoxious popups since. My dad's bound to notice, and I'm mad at my brother for reinstalling not only Kazaa but a few other useless programs on our PC. But he gets all pissy if I tell my dad about some of the stupid stuff he does, and he calls me a "tattletail"... how mature. But my dad will get mad at ME because he assumes that EVERYTHING I download is Evil (including AIM) if I don't say anything.

So, what should I do?
