Lately, I have been trying to get my weight down and tone myself up a bit. I run/ walk several miles daily, I do sit ups and push ups (not a lot of either yet)in the morning and some in the evening and I do dancing as well.
Here are the questions
1) Are there any other exercises that I should be doing so I can tone down my thighs and belly (two of my bad areas) ?
2) My eating habits are mostly snacking on fruits on nuts during the day (sometimes fudging with candy, I admit) and having one big meal, should I not be doing this? Should I be eating three squares with no snacks?
