telephone number search

I know there's an easy way to do this, but since I'm looking for a business, that complicates it a bit.

What I have is a possible address (it's next to 1954, but a different building, so I believe it's 1955) on University Drive in Tempe, Arizona. I lost my jacket, so I want to call this business and see if I left it in their parking lot. I'd visit the place myself, but I live an hour and a half away. :-/ How can I look up a business with its address and get its telephone number?

QwestDex was my first idea, but it says "Category" and "Business Name" or "Brand Name" and "State" fields are required. I don't have a business name. :-/ I think my only other option is to call the Big Fish again and ask them if they know what the next building over is. :-/ I'd like to avoid that if possible, but if it's inevitable, I'll do it.
