So I joined a new gym and the guy giving the tour boasted about their fancy new UV-sauna, because, "as you know, a regular sauna helps you burn more calories after a workout by raising your core body temperature" but their new sauna can help you burn as many as 600-1200 more calories! Well.. I've never heard that a sauna will help you burn more calories, and I pretty much don't buy the whole UV story, but I guess its feasible that a sauna could help do that. I mean.. I don't know. Has anyone else heard this?
