This should teach me to never make impulse purchases online, I swear.

I bought some makeup online at eyeslipsface.com. After I had filled out all my billing and shipping info, I hit submit. Instead of being sent to a confirmation page or something, I got an error page that was rather vague. All it said was that an error occurred, and to send an email explaining what I was doing at the time of the error.

I did that, and also send a second email through their contact form on the site. But now I am rather worried that my credit card might be charged, but my order was never processed. Since I haven't received a response to my email(s) yet, what should I do? I really want to know if my order and payment was received, and they don't list a phone number either!

Also, because it apparently takes 3-5 weeks for them to ship the order, I won't actually KNOW that everything is okay (ie, receive the package) for quite awhile (unless I can get a response from someone). So if I do see a charge from that site appear on my credit card and I can't get a response from anyone, can I contact my credit card and ask them to do something? What do I say, and what could they do about it?

I'm sure I sound pretty naive right now, but I've never had anything like this happen before! :(
