I go to sleep at 11pm and wake up around 6:00 and I cannot go to sleep any earlier because I just can't fall asleep before that time. At school I have English first period which is at 7:30 and I can barely keep my eyes open. I eat breakfast most days (I didn't use to) which might consist of cereal, banana smoothie, toast, whatever. What things should I eat/drink that will keep be awake? I don't want to drink any coffee.
