Do you acknowledge that you don't have enough years but explain in your cover letter how you are just as qualified?
Do you just not say anything?
Some other option?
I'm just wondering what the best option would be because I can see pros and cons for the two options I listed. I just want to know what they think you do your first year?
I'm not an idiot, I have something memorized after 2 times of going through it and can still remember it months afterwards. It pisses me off because I just have 1 year and am probably a better worker than the people who have 2-5 years but I can be pushed off to the side because I'm not experienced enough.
I just want to give myself the best chance of getting another job. I've got 2 weeks left at my present job. Suck.
