Computer question...

I just got my computer back from repairs (yay!) and it used to be when I'd open a folder, there would be options on the left hand side for copy, paste, delete, and pathways to other places (desktop, C drive, F drive, whatever). I just got it back, and those are gone, and my control panel view is different too. Where do I go and change this option at?
