Uses for my new "pet"

I needed some fresh basil for a recipe. Long story short, I now have a hydroponically grown basil plant sitting in a glass on the kitchen counter. It's in the way, not getting great light, and I have a black thumb, so I'm looking to use it up quickly.

Besides drying it*, what would you do with fresh basil?

*I don't have anywhere to dry a lot of it.
