Can anyone give me any tips for negotiating at the dealership we end up at? When the ex husband and I bought our two cars from dealerships (1 new and 1 used) I got no say in anything.
The boyfriend has zero experience either as hes had his car for the last 10 years..and his dad surprised him with it.
I know with most new cars, youre upside down on it as soon as you drive it off the lot...but if I can get a good deal..might be worth it as we plan to keep it til it dies.
Also...we're going to attempt to do this in Illinois..his mom is cosigning and she lives in Georgia. Is that possible? Anyone have any experience with something like that?
