What would you say is the biggest threat to humanity* right now?

Do you feel you can do anything about it?

If yes, what do you do? If no, who else could do something about it and what? Do you care?

* I'd prefer more specific answers than "humanity itself". More like, what circumstance, caused or not caused by humans.
