What would you do - cat edition

I have two cats, Luna is 9 or 10 years old and Memphis is about 1 year old. Memphis is a rescue kitten that I found in November and I wonder if part of the issue is her not being socialized properly.

When Luna was a kitten I got her declawed in her front paws. I've since learned that this isn't necessarily humane for cats. However, Memphis is really dominating Luna and uses claws when they get into fights. I just found a bloody scab on Luna's head. It's really frustrating because I want Luna to be the head cat (though I guess I don't know if cats really work that way?). Plus I don't want Luna to get hurt or Memphis to be "unnecessarily mutilated." It's getting to the point where I don't know if I can have Memphis anymore because of this though this makes me cry. :(

So, would you declaw Memphis? I know that there are nail caps but I don't think Memphis would be cooperative with those at all because I can barely trim her nails without a fight. Thoughts?
