I have a small handmade business. I've been making stuff like totes, purses, wristlets, zipper pouches, etc. for a number of years now. Each year I like to make my sons' teachers something as a thank you for all their hard work. I don't take items out of my inventory, I think about the person and custom make something that I think they will enjoy/love/use.
Is it weird/tacky/inappropriate/gauche to include my maker's mark on these items? I've gone both ways in the past. Tonight I'm making the gifts and I figured I'd finally pose the question to others.
What say you?
Do you buy/make your children's teachers anything? What?
