This is a total shot in the dark, but does anyone know anything about frogs? (Large pics behind the cut, sorry, mobile )
I work in a shopping center nowhere near a lake or real trees beyond the few shrubs the landscaping company has. Friday morning, I noticed a visitor hanging out by my window...I thought it was dead and I went to dispose of it only for it to move a little. I made it a makeshift habitat with water, leaves, and a few sticks and it hung out there all day.
(To scale, it's probably 2.5" from nose to rump)
It appears to be a grey tree frog, but with so little vegetation/no water source, I was pretty concerned for the little thing. By Saturday it was moving pretty well and had climbed out and was sitting on top of the container, so I put it down in the shrubbery and it hopped off into the sunset.
Until this morning! The frog was back, almost exact same place I found it on Friday. I recreated the habitat because I didn't want any customers freaking out or being jerks and trying to squish it...but what's the deal?
Any reason you can think of that this frog just wants to hang out at a beauty supply store? Should I just leave him be and let whatever happens, happen?
