I get upper chest pain - a tightening, clenching pain in an arc around the top left of my chest - when I eat. It doesn't matter what I eat. It's not a burning sensation and I don't have acid reflux. The pain was so severe last summer that I could hardly eat, especially in the evenings. It got better and now it's getting more severe again. I have fibromyalgia and have had for 9 years - but this is a new symptom as of last spring.

Does anyone know what it might be?! I went to lots of doctors but nobody knows anything :(
