Have you ever done a complete lifestyle overhaul with regards to changing the way you eat and getting into a regular exercise routine (and sustaining it)?

I keep half-assing "healthy" routines in order to lose weight -- I've lost big chunks of weight several times now only to fall back into old habits and put it back on -- and it's getting old. I want to change how I live; not just to lose weight, but to be more healthy and fit overall. It seems like such a daunting task though!
