Make my culinary decisions, TQC!

I'm making a roasted vegetable and goat cheese flan/frittata thing, and I think it needs some crunch. Toasted sunflower seeds, toasted almond slivers, or shredded crispy seaweed? Or something else? Those are the things I have already, but I'm open to suggestions...
