So, I'm trying to think well ahead toward Christmas and for my boyfriend I'd like to recruit an artist to do a stylized portrait of one of his ancestors that he/his family feels very connected to. Do you guys know how I could go about finding an artist to do this sort of thing? Are there like websites or something like that where I could see people's work/rates, because with the exception of a couple of my personal favorite artists, I'm pretty far removed from that particular scene.
