I kind of want to find a creative hobby that I can do while I watch boring (to me) car shows with my husband some evenings. For a while I was doing paper piecing for hand-quilting, but I lost interest when I realized it would take me years to have enough hexagons to make anything. Right now I'm thinking about embroidery, but I don't really know anything about it. Is it fun? Is it worth my time? I like to start projects, but I'm pretty bad about finishing them if I can't do it in one or two sittings. Is embroidery just too much of an old-lady hobby these days? Do you embroider? If so, what do you like about it, and what do you make?  (PS, sorry about this formatting, for some reason I cannot inset line breaks!)
