My hubby just got out of the hospital about a week ago. All indications point to the fact that he had a heart attack sometime with in the last 6 months. He is on the mend, but it has made us take a look at our eating habits. My hubby was told that he has to loss 100 lbs in a year. We have always been big meat and potato people. Most of what we ate was high in fat and not really the best food. We didn't eat a lot of vegetables, but now we have to. I am kinda at a loss as to what to make most nights. My hubby is on a low sodium, low fat, low carb diet, and he is diabetic. Do you have any ideas on what I can make? We are open to try new things.
