I walk a lot. I walk 12 to 15 minutes to work depending on my pace. Then at work I'm on my feet a lot because it's a day care, though I do sit sometimes to teach the kids or play with them etc. Then four hours later I walk 12 to 15 minutes back home. Later I walk ten minutes to my other job. Here I'm also constantly on my feet. I have to go wherever he goes. If he wants to go for a walk we go for a walk, sometimes short sometimes long. Sometimes he walks around the house and go up and down the stairs. Sometimes if he sits I sit, sometimes not. If' he's 'standing I'm standing. Then I walk ten minutes to my house. I walk to the gym which takes me 17 to 20 minutes. I go tot he gym but I don't have a lot of time so I don't end up burning as much calories as I would like at the gym but with all that walking all day I want to know the distance I'm walking and how many calories I'm burning.
