They explain situation and ask whether Landlord has any cheaper/smaller units available. Landlord then offers to let Tenant have the place, and pay half their rent in cash, and half in sexual favors. Tenant agrees, and they discuss and agree on nature/frequency of the favors that would be appropriate compensation.
