I've been in a funk at work lately. I used to have a ton of self confidence, was ready and willing to take on anything my boss threw in my direction. Unfortunately, I've been dealing with some pretty terrible health problems that have caused me to miss some work and the "go getter" and "I can do anything I set my mind to" parts of me I had...have disappeared. And I kinda am tired of waiting for them to spontaneously return.
Sooo, what can I do to try to reclaim my former attitude? I've talked to my boss about all if this and he has been beyond great...but this issue is all my own...and I can't fix it.
What have you done to help reclaim your confidence as it is applied to your work?
Dk/dc/sounds like a personal problem to me: what movie never fails to make you laugh?
