this might be a stupid question..

if divorced parents have complete split custody (child with one parent one week, the other parent the next week etc. etc.) can one parent still take the other to court for child support?

what if one parent has primary custody but still has an agreement with the other parent to share the child's time completely equally? can one parent take the other to court for child support
