Okay, guys, people in my real life are being entirely unhelpful (their answers are basically "er, idk") so I come to you:

My current job is a part-time position working retail while I look for a full-time big girl job. But this retail position is not giving me hours, no matter how I try to earn them. Since I started working there in early May, I've averaged five-ish hours a week. This week, I work THREE FREAKIN' HOURS. Basically, they over-hired and now have to spread out hours between too many people.

If you were in my position, would you find another part time job that would give you more hours while you look for a big girl job, or would you stay at the current retail job?

Both part time jobs won't pay enough, but one will still pay more than the other, is my logic for leaving my current position, even if it's for one that will just give me 10-15 more hours a week.

Also, staying at the current position while taking on another as a second job is not likely to be possible, because I'm like 95% positive my current job will just let me go if I tell them my availability has become limited (when they hired me I was basically told it was partly because I had open availability).
