How should I get back in the habit of eating? I have been averaging one meal a day (usually dinner when I become so hungry I sort of binge) for the past few months. I can't seem to get in the habit of eating. If you've had this problem, did setting an alarm on your phone help? It's all I can think to do. I'm a grown up and can't exactly ask someone to remind me--they have better things to do I'm sure. But I can't imagine this is at all healthy now that it's dragged on for so long.
