I find it really easy to eat fruit every day. I love fresh fruit, especially berries, pineapple, oranges, apples and grapes. I usually have at least three servings of fruits per day. I've also noticed that adding baby spinach to almost anything is really easy, since it doesn't have much of a flavor to it. I've even added it to KD.
I also walk almost everywhere, since fortunately most of the stuff I need is within easy walking distance from my house.
