So last week my coworker came into work and asked if we had an influx of handicapped people at work. When we asked why, he mentioned that he had to park a good deal farther away in the regular car lot. He has some physical limitations that are life long. Well not only have I seen people park in the handicap spaces who I iam quite certain do not have any disabilities but they also do not have the placard.
Imagine my surprise when I came into work this morning and saw a very physically healthy coworker walk from his car in the handicapped parking lot. I was sure I had seen his car parked there before. I know he did not have a placard when he started here and he has one just a year later? And he told us recently that he hasn not been to the doctor in years do I am sure he has not been hit with even a hard to see physical limitation.
I am annoyed. Handicapped spaces are at a premium here. I had one for my grandma when I took her to appointments and such but I never used it unless she was with me. What would you do TQC? Anything? Or just leave it be?
Parking illegally in handicapped spaces? Ignore or report?
