I've found myself taking more and more naps lately, much more often than I used to. I never used to sleep during the day, but in the past couple months I've been falling asleep while watching TV, while sitting in the passenger seat of the car, etc. I'm not really tired until I sit down, and then I just doze off. I took a cross-country plane ride last week, and I managed to sleep for over four hours straight, even though I've never successfully slept on a plane before.
I'm not sure if it's because I'm not getting enough sleep at night (I'm pretty sure I am...usually at least 7 hours) or just my body telling me I'm getting old. IDK. I have a physical coming up in a couple weeks and I'm going to mention it to the doctor, but in the meantime, I thought I'd ask you guys.
