What are some good low carb snacks and meals?
I already eat a lot of veggies and things like cottage cheese and very little bread...my main downfall is going to be my orange juice and sushi addiction.

I have had a piece of bread and butter and a some left over green bean casserole since 9am this morning (its now 10pm)...HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT IM SO FAT!!?
