I would like to start making meals to freeze individually so I don't have to cook all the time or get tempted by fast food. Problem is, I hate eating the exact same thing day after day (or even just multiple times a week). Can you think of any dishes that are easily customizable for this purpose? I was thinking mac 'n' cheese (add ham and peas to one portion, tuna to another, Rotel to a third) but that's as far as I got.
What's the last success you had? I tried my hand at making my own frozen breakfast burritos out homemade tortillas (my first time making those too) and they're amaaaazing!
