Does anyone know how T-mobile customer service works?

Like say i call customer service about my accout and they waive a fee for me, the next time i call what information will appear to the customer service person? Do they take notes that other reps can read? And would all the accounts i have (i have 3 phones) be visible if i were to only tell them one of the numbers?.. like would they have to go out of their way to see that i have more accounts?
