What do you guys do to help you fall asleep when you have a burst of energy in the night? Passed 2am I mean and if it suddenly hits you and you're feeling really hyper and wanting to be active.

take a melatonin, or a benadryl.

I read exciting books like Star Wars laying down in bed with a tiny light to calm me down when that happens. I wear ear plugs as well.

I keep a really dull book on the bed stand.

Another trick is to mentally go over every detail of what you did the previous day. I seldom make it to noon.

I still do the good old drinking a cup of full fat hot milk,I smoke to relax,and I listen to Quran reciting

I drink Bedtime tea, put something mindless on TV, read, take a warm bath

ahh, the dreaded second wind. it can be such a bitch. tell yourself "NO, BAD BODY!!", have some food. and listen to some audio books untill you fall asleep.

I listen to podcasts or audiobooks in the dark with my eyes closed.

I start to clean and then that burst of energy goes away pretty quickly.

Just let myself do whatever until I get tired again. Usually reading, writing or drawing since it's fun but still relaxing.

Also, Sleepytime tea.
