Dream interpretation

I had a dream last night was pregnant. The baby daddy was someone I have a confusing relationship with. (good friends, hooked up, came close to having sex but didn't, had a huge fight and now not talking.) He was with me in the dream and acting kind of weird (hesitant to be near me) but by the end of the dream, he was with me and we were...together I guess? He seemed to be into working things out. We had just found out we were having a boy.

What the hell does all this mean?
