I've been working out with a trainer 3x a week and working out on my own the rest of the days of the week. The trainer focuses mainly on strength training with some yoga/pilates mixed into it. Tonight we did our usual 1 hour session and then I decided to go to the gym and work out for another hour with cardo and some more weight lifting.
Now I have a headache, feel light headed and like I'm going to puke.
Is that too much exercise or am I wimp?
