My Dad opened up a huge can of tomato puree from costco. What should we make with it?

We're already making spaghetti sauce.

Just take little containers or little plastic bags, and freeze the rest in one cup or two cup measures in the containers or bags.

I have never used tomato puree for anything other than spaghetti sauce. Maybe you can use it for a soup?

Really thick Bloody Marys? (Kinda kidding.)

Chili, stew, make a meatloaf or stuffed peppers, chicken parmesean...

I think it freezes okay, if/when you run out of ideas/food/room in your fridge.

Soup or lasagna! But you'll need lots of other ingredients if you're going to make lasagna with it.
