No. I'd like for some of them to fade into obscurity, but wishing death upon them is just a bit too harsh.
idk is Rush Limbaugh a celebrity
no, because as a reasonable human being i don't go around wishing death on people i've never met for no good reason.
Maybe, if I was a psychopath
No. If they decided to live off the grid, never to be heard from again, that would be sweet. But I don't wish death upon people.
Wrong choice of words? I know you don't mean it literally, but it's always a little harsh to talk about wishing death on somebody.
I really dislike Tom Hanks
I've fervently wished for early retirement on many a celeb, but they're people too, and have families, so.
everyone is VERY SERIOUS.
Is Omar al-Bashir a celebrity? Or Sarath Fonseka?
I do agree, however, that Lindsay Lohan is annoying as all hell. I read this in a review recently and it's perfect:
The legend of Lohan hinges on the fable that she is a wasted talent, a preternatural and skilled child star who made one good grown-up movie — “Mean Girls”— and then squandered her talent on fame. (Say what you will about the hubris of Lohan playing Taylor, but Taylor and Burton knew a thing or a hundred about this particular bargain.) But child actors, especially the kind Lohan was in “The Parent Trap” and her wonderful “Freaky Friday” can get away with a cutesy directness, a workmanlike stagey quality that comes across as phony in adult actors. In child actors, effort can make up for a lack of believability. Trying hard counts when you’re a kid. But Lohan has never been able to quite erase this fakery from her adult performances. Her natural talent does not scan as particularly natural, and she has long since abandoned being a hard worker. In her scenes as Liz, she can flirt and giggle, but she makes a hash of the difficult stuff. She is outmatched in every way by Bowler, who makes for a more convincing Burton — his voice is even pretty nice — than she does a Liz.
I don't really like celebrities who are famous for no reason like the Kardashians or for dumb reasons like that little girl with a weird name I can't remember. I wouldn't actually say I'd like for them to die since I probably wouldn't even notice it happened since I don't read the tabloids.
I don't actually wish DEATH upon anyone, but I can count the number on one hand that I would be upset if they passed.
Wait, wait, wait. I lied.
Death - none.
Fading into obscurity - too many to list.
Most famous thief indeed.
I could do without Zooey Deschanel.
I thought I was the only one!
I wish J-Lo would fade away and never return.
EVERYONE MORE POPULAR THAN ME
It always amazes me how people feel they are holy and able to make those sort of judgement calls.
I also find it laughable that some people here are actually saying no when they have very little problem saying they wish badly on people who they do not jive with on LJ.

Lindsay Lohan, that's who you are.
Well, the death of most celebrities wouldn't make me mourn or anything. I don't care about 99% of them. The fact that I can't even think of one I'd wish actual death on right now means I've been doing a good job of avoiding the movies/shows they're in, I guess.
Why would you wish death on someone you don't even know? If you don't want to hear about them or watch them preform then don't but it's really screwed up to want them dead. If you feel like this about people who you don't know and have no real reason to hate maybe you need help.
if a celebrity were to die it would just make their fame that much more popular in the media. i wish kim kardashian would stop being famous so i can stop hearing about her all the fucking time, though.
