If you had to trade national leaders with another country (that is to say, the current leader of a foreign country becomes your country's new leader and vice versa), who would you pick to lead you?|
i kinda meant more leaders with actual power, not symbolic ones :P
I think if Queen Elizabeth had actual power, she'd be a very effective leader.
I don't think so, she handled the Princess Diana debacle terribly.
ummmmm as i'm from the US, really a tough choice. probs eveline widmer-schlumpf - president of the swiss confederation.
why does being from the US make it a tough choice?
America can have Stephen Harper. I mean who wouldn't want this guy
as their president?
no thanks, we don't need another Dubya~
Call me an ignorant American, but I don't know so much about other countries' leaders. I don't pay much attn to my local government either, though, or anything other than presidential elections on principle, because I'm always going to be alone in the liberal ten percent or so here. I don't know if this comment makes any sense.
Well, our Aussie PM is an unmarried childless atheist redhead who still for some reason does not support gay marriage but she's pretty boss in a few other ways. She is the much lesser of two evils
why? she's a homophobe and a racist. she made one great speech about misogyny, but she still sucks.
This x 1000.
She probably told someone she'd proof read their speech of misogyny, then stole it and claimed it as her own.

why do you think she's racist? genuinely curious.
i heard pauline hanson speaking the other day, she has given up all pretense of not being racist.
I don't know. Maybe Sweden? Fredrik Reinfeldt.
I would say Obama with no hesitation, but I don't want to deprive America of him
