In this recipe, what would you substitute in place of cilantro? My mother hates it.

I'd just leave it or find a new recipe where cilantro isn't a main component. You won't be able to taste it very much, tbh.

I hate cilantro too, I'd substitute basil or just omit it with no replacement.

Mint? I hate cilantro, too, but I usually just leave it out.
