I love me an open faced grilled Bacon, tomato, and swiss cheese sammich, especially when the tomato was just picked off the vine and is sweet and juicy, and tastes like Summer.

I love all kinds of sandwiches. They are probably my favourite food.

Right now I've been making a lot of egg sandwiches: one over-medium egg, sliced ham, chipotle garlic aioli, avocado and (sometimes) cream cheese.

I also like cold veggie sandwiches (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, sprouts, cheese, red bell pepper dressing) and turkey cranberry sandwiches (turkey breast, swiss cheese, cranberry-dijon sauce, lettuce, tomato).

I've had egg bagels (the only situation in which I like American cheese: when it's melted over a fried egg and encased in toasted bagel mmmmmmm) but never an egg sandwich! I may try it.

If I want something sweet, nothing's better than peanut butter, honey and banana. For savory, I like cucumber and cream cheese or egg salad and spinach

What's up? I just got back from work and made 3 grand tonight.
I am soooo psyched.

I love sandwiches of any kind, really. Cucumber and cream cheese, ham and cheese, chicken or tuna salad, pastrami on rye, corned beef on rye, sausage and marinara sandwiches, etc.

Haloumi/sundried tomato/grilled eggplant is the best sandwich combination.

I like turkey, American cheese, mustard and potato chips on white bread. I also like just plain turkey and American on white bread, brushed with olive oil and pressed on a Foreman grill.

12 grain, whole wheat bread, spread one piece with jalapeno ranch dip, spread the other with garden veggie cream cheese.

layer up:

ripe heirloom tomato
lettuce (just NOT iceberg)
avocado
sprouts (I prefer radish or clover or my local "spicy mix" from the farmer's market instead of just alfalfa)
sliced cucumber
red onion

and a dash of salt and pepper.

YUM!
